The version on the MCPC+ wiki is 5.5.2 or higer, it links to the WorldEdit dev.bukkit.com page and is basicly the same link i post. 5.5.5 works on MCPC+ L15 as i have bin using it on my server for some time now.

Mytown is a mod and not a plugin so i dont know how it behaves. Since its not a plugin it might be that permissionEX wont know its there. PEX is not created to work with mods but with plugins :P

If you have permission problems with PEX itself, i suggest using the /pex user <user> toggle debug command. It will show you what exact perm node the user is missing in console. Also PEX wont give a error on a wrong permission node. it wont check if the actual nodes are correct or not it just...

Well you dont get rid of Mystcraf, you stell let them make linking books and all, you just limit the creation of new worlds to admins, so it cannot be abused. So then its up to you if you give everyone a world or just not. And no problem, glad to help.

you maybe need to start clearing up your posts before you post. Start with adding what "machines" are not getting protected, if any of the mod items get protected, maybe add some block ID's of the non working items. But from the list you copy pasted, i dont see any issues with it.

You dont need to ban all items, you make Mystcraft only for admins by disableling the creating of new words in the mystcraft configs by disabeling the book binder and such. Then you get a plugin that will disable recipy's. And you will allow them again once a player gets a rank, lets say...

The items must be placed inside a claim! only players that do not have perms wont be able to open the stuff inside the claim. This config is not for wildernis! you still need to claim before these items are protected.
