unsure if this is still true but i recall chunk loaders not working properly on frames, like they basically just kept the area they were placed loaded, so when they got moved, the actual area bing loaded never changed. This is why people still used the more expensive world anchors on tunnel bores.

I belive in Direwolf20's spotlight he mentioned that it changed all saplings it uses into forestry saplings, i believe it's so you cant bonemeal it.

Unsure, but i think i read about a forestry bug where the new multiblocks were basically duping each apple 3 times. so you get 4 instead of one. Wouldn't count on getting that many forever, it'll probably be fixed.

I do know that some IC2/Advanced machines (Recyclers, rotary macerators, etc) cause log spam for servers which I'm not entirely sure, but was a source of lag for me and my friends. If you have too many of those going, try removing them for a bit and see if it helps at all. (Temp solution at best...
