This isn't a modpack bug or a mod bug, this is an issue caused by sponge (spongepowered also its name) and it not being able to track it properly, i believe they are working on a fix already.

Are you meaning fps ? Because tps is server ticks and 20 is the max for that. Fps is frames per second

GPPSkyblock is a good one that hooks into griefpreventionplus so that you can have claims in other worlds if wanted aswell

The issue is that uskyblock uses a different world and kcauldron, thermos and others by default have an option disabled to allow other dimensions to have nether portals. You'll need to enable that in one of the configs in the root area of your server, or change uskyblock to use the normal world...

Can you post a copy of your config once you've edited it too, as configs usually only reset if the format gets broken

Its a very rare issue but only known fixes are to update the mod, which means you'll need to update the pack to 2.5.2 to get the latest version

Couldn't you just add recipes for the ones that don't automatically have casting recipes ? Instead of removing pretty useful cows like Dark steel :P

Do you have optifine installed ? If so try removing it, as optifine is known to cause rendering issues

There is an issue with refined relocation not loading areas properly where there isn't a player loading it, which is why you are getting these issues. I'm not sure if it's been reported to the mod author or not or whether the author is even working on 1.7.10 mods anymore.

You don't have exnihilo installed for some reason. I would suggest you delete your installation (BACKUP any worlds first) then try re-installing the pack to see try and download the mod again. If that doesnt work the easiest thing to do would be to add exnihilo to the mods folder yourself.

Yeah ores still exist in the overworld, but the ores needed to start machinery etc. can only be obtained from the moon and other planets
