Server disconnects with fatal error

Details of the issue:
I am being prevented from joining my server with a fatal error. The game allows me to connect for a brief moment before disconnecting with the provided log. Any assistance would be much appreciated.​

I have been playing with Spirit and we both had the same issues and crashes. I tried removing fastcraft but it didn't fix the issue.
