I think you will need a stronger Server with more RAM. But I'm not sure. But the server does sound relatively weak in the chest. My little DW20 server already runs with 27GB RAM of 128GB. So I think that yours is just too weak. And sorry of my bad english, I can´t it and use a translator.

If you want to use Cauldron, you have to do something with two Mods. First Mod is Opis, the second I don´t know - Sorry I use MCPCPlus. Everything you need, you will find here ---> http://cauldron.minecraftforge.net/threads/compatibility-with-mobiuscore.156/

Or - don´t use Cauldron :p - use MCPCPlus for example and everything works fine. Or Update to DW 1.0.25. On my DW20 1.0.25 with MCPCPlus, I don´t have this problem.
