The book issues in 2.0.1 were most likely caused by me forgetting to turn off "edit" mode. I released it after surgery yesterday and then had to go back to the hospital shortly after for some complications. Should be fixed when you download 2.0.2.

I like to leave non-recommended for about 1-2 weeks before pushing to recommended. On rare occasions a hotfix has to be applied to a recommended version though.
