Shouting like in real life seldom makes things better, your issues dont seem to be pack related, looks more like your on a pc with multi accounts & another account is logged in, & or the account you use does not have the rights to do anything. Or many many possible things that could be wrong...

In the ftb launcher under Edit mod pack. But to be honest the pack is a light weight pack with not near the number of mods most packs have, does not take a lot of time or effort to complete it.

Could only work if admin only could make public worlds & block private, was more or less same on most servers that had mystcraft. That would remove the randomness from worlds & kind of break the authors basic idea.
