Tinker's Tools for this modpack has had it's levels expanded to 100 I think you get a modifier slot at 10, 20, 30 etc You get an actual Modifier at 5, 15, 25 or something. I honestly don't know the spread.

My god that is totally ingenious. You might have to make a questline for it or give it out with a quest though because not everyone goes for the SAG Mill (like me).

Holy poop that is absolutely amazing! Also YAY I don't have to worry about actually doing HQM on my series until the actual update! As long as the WORLD itself can be saved and I don't have to worry about it.
