I prefer smaller, communal servers with little/no lag, and ones that don't ban every item that makes the packs fun. In other words, whitelisted servers.

Tree of Transformation - when it grows it will slowly change the biome around it to Enchanted Forest, block by block. It's slow, and doesn't affect actual blocks, but its the only in game way to change the biome. You can then use a terraformer to change blocks

I would try an omniwrench, MMPS omniwrench mode, or a regular BC wrench. I'm not sure how the force wrench works, but it's probably not the right kind.

The dynamism table can take any item that can go into your inventory, and will simulate a right click/left click with the current item - it's basically exactly what you're looking for.

If you can get oreberries, it can also smelt those as if they were nuggets. To make a basic smeltery (One layer, 2 drains/faucets, 1 controller, 1 tank, and two casting basins/tables or one of each, and a tool forge) it only takes a stack of sand, gravel and clay, then some other stuff.

If you don't want to give other clients more work, especially if they use SSP with IC2 as well, you can just remove it server side. Clients will not be able to craft or use anything from IC2 if it's removed server side. If you don't want it showing in NEI, you can disable the IC2 subset.

Except for bees from swarmer hives, no bee is found already with the [-] that means they can die off... You have to do something such as... -Getting the bee from a swarmer hive (Not new) -Using too much in a mutator and raising the chances too high - usually one piece of uranium in one mutator...

He could use the natural regen flag to detect whether the game is in "UHC" mode and disable it if it's not, just to emphasize the fact it's not meant for regular gameplay.

Considering that a lot of modders already have their sights on 1.6, and many are already done, I doubt they'll skip it, but it may be mostly just a beta pack like the 1.5 ones. EDIT: Misread question, probably best to just wait for 1.7 for worlds.

If you get a magma crucible and glacial precipitator it's not that big of deal if it chews through ice or lava, you can get a lot easily
