Mystcraft page order list?

So am not the greatest and writing ages. and after watching DW20/searching forum posts i cant seem to fins " an order" of what the pages need to go in to create a world that is 'liveable'

I found this list
X Biomes (naturally, if you choose single biome, you only want one)
1 Biome Controller
1 Sun
1 Moon
1 Star
X Features (Dungeons, Villages etc)
1 Lighting
1 Terrain
1 Weather

But this was posted in February and im certain must be out of date. So what I am asking if anyone has a similar list that they follow when writing an age that they care to share

1 Biome Controller
X Terrain Controllers (Flat, Island, etc)
1 Sun position
1 Sun length
1 Sun (Normal/Dark)
1 Moon position
1 Moon length
1 Moon (Normal/Dark)
Any other feature/modifier pages (eg, Ender Starfield, Dark stars, etc)

This system generally works for me.

Sooo, using this set up I seem like I have got a stable set up. Just one more thing. I have the 'Polar biome' and I either get that biome just water or the other extreme is that its ice but then all the other surface lakes are ice. Any idea how to fix it?
