    I wouldn't, last I checked optifine and cofh core(thermal expansions required lib) has Hella issues. Constant crashes due to optifine messing with cofhs renderer

    I'm going to assume you know how to find your config folder for the dw20 pack Its under powercrystals> minefactory reloaded>common.cfg> Line 172 #if true, replaces the vanilla milk bucket so milk can be placed in the world. Change this to false

    Did you actually fill the can? Click on any water source. Also, it seems a lot of issues are hit and miss on the clients. For example mine shows the particles but doesn't seem to work

    Were there any changes made to the pack? I added a capacitor(energy cell) to my pick today with no problems, default pack only adding fastcraft.

    Its due to MFR's changes(read:replacement) to the vanilla milk bucket. Going in and disabling the change in MFR's config should fix it unless someone knows of a better way.

    Optifine is the issue. It has a conflict with cofh core(or did at one point) and wasn't high on their fix list
