Judging by a DW20 video a while ago, no. A single flower can't absorb multiple explosions, either. It looks to me like each flower "consumes" an explosion, removing it from the world,, so no other flowers can get to it. Of course, I've never played with Botania, so if someone could verify that...

Personally, I'd love to see all OSes become "Linux", but have distros (am I using that right?) for every skill level, from "I find Mac OS X difficult" to "I wrote my own OS." I'm fairly certain it's multiplicative. As OP as 260% seems, 360% seems worse. :P If you look at the strength potion itself, it just says "260% damage," which makes me think it's multiplicative.
