The freezer was primarily for making the frezarite armor. you have to use frezarite as fuel to freeze iron or something like that.

Can't help with enviromine, MyFit is a mod that makes it so you "exercise" to get buffs. After you've moved some many blocks, jumped so many times (holding down jump doesn't count), or spent time in game, you get permanent buffs. Supposedly later versions will have some kind of Atrophy setup...

Mekanism ore doubling is mid to late game, but you can hammer your silktouch/vat/vanilla ores down to dust level and get a few extra, particularly once you've got your Fortune3 hammer. You'll even come out better off if you are combining the smashed from meteors.

Karma has a new recipe that makes Blocks of Enhanced Galgador in the pressure chamber then the laser. Try backtracing the recipe in NEI from the blocks. Karma left the smelting recipe in for people who already had lumps crafted when they upgrade versions.
