Thanks man! And no worries. We are brand new! There's plenty of time. And it should only get better and better! One day we can maybe even be a default FTB pack if we get big enough! :D

[1.6.4] Cataclysm ModPack [HardCore, Post-Apocalyptic Survival]

Yea they probably used a combo of this plugin and mortuus Terra. I almost used mortuus Terra but it was outdated and the city world plugin was able to handle everything I wanted.

Hmmmmm I'll have to check out the dirt thing when I get home then. Also exnihlio seems interesting. I'll have to look into it a bit more :) thanks for the suggestion! Another suggestion I've gotten is rival rebels.

[1.6.4] Cataclysm ModPack [HardCore, Post-Apocalyptic Survival]

The exact block is called a drinks store. Sorry just checked. Basically allows you to purchase drinks for coins. To craft coins u simply put a gold nugget in the top left of crafting grid :). Hope this helps! Its ID is 3507 and its a marble looking block. Takes 7 nether quartz, 1 glass pane and...

[1.6.4] Cataclysm ModPack [HardCore, Post-Apocalyptic Survival]

Thanks! The easiest ways, in my experience, to get water is with one of those drink vendor things or with a rain collector. Hope it helps :)

[1.6.4] Cataclysm ModPack [HardCore, Post-Apocalyptic Survival]

Thanks man! I'm glad the zombies are plentiful in SP too! I'll definitely be adjusting the values according to feedback. And Yea if you find a good ruins generator let me know plz! That's a big difference for the server. It utilizes a way better world gen which you can see in the first picture...

[1.6.4] Cataclysm ModPack [HardCore, Post-Apocalyptic Survival]

Lol, I'm not too sure what u r saying beyond that its not hard and sucks xD. But, the real difficulty is if u play on the server. Because the server has much higher mob spawning rates and smarter am which makes it harder. Also u need to make sure you set your world to wasteland world if u play...

TickThreading - concurrent entity/tile entity ticks and other optimisations

Lol ikr. I've increased the ticks for hopper transfer to ease that a bit :P. But Yea. Sometimes...there will be a block lagging like crazy in opis. And breaking it and moving it to a different spot fixes it Lol.

TickThreading - concurrent entity/tile entity ticks and other optimisations

^^^ my only bottleneck ATM is when people make tons and tons of machines...I'm talking hundreds in one base. And then they load them all up. And if multiple people do that at once it can hammer the CPU pretty bad. But with tickthreading that should remedy that for the most part. Also if you run...

TickThreading - concurrent entity/tile entity ticks and other optimisations

I'm not pretending. I didn't say anything about not having memory leaks...but facts are facts...and I just posted mine... Memory leaks aren't an issue for me because I have plenty of ram and reboot every few hours to clean it up.

TickThreading - concurrent entity/tile entity ticks and other optimisations

Yea... I run nearly 160 mods, on a 100 slot server and with 40 ppl on I can maintain 20 tps usually. That's on an i5 with 16 gigs of ram. Though only 8 given go server. And that's with a second server on same machine...not sure why you have such issues. Also that's without tick threading.

TickThreading - concurrent entity/tile entity ticks and other optimisations

Please post that on his bug tracker here https://github.com/nallar/TickThreading/issues?state=open However, before doing that make sure you followed the install instructions properly. As far as I know the new install instructions are the ones in green...

TickThreading - concurrent entity/tile entity ticks and other optimisations

I agree. Stay on 1.6.4 for now. The majority of mods aren't for 1.7 yet and almost every single Modpack is for 1.6.4 currently. So I believe that releasing for 1.6.4 will give players the most benefit. Plus with the rate of updates to 1.7.x by mojang I feel its best to let them settle on a build...

So... What is the difference between this and technic/tekkit?

someone else may have said it but tekkit runs on bukkit which consequently is why it is also 1.2.5
