    Ender pearls are cheap (especially with the seeds of that plant that drops them, which is trivially automatable with pistons (to prevent golem death) and golems). I am running a half dozen anchors with no issue fully automated on my server.

    You sure it is only cheatably in? In my test world I try to follow recipe paths to make sure everything is acquirable that I test before I built it on server (with deadly results like the dragon egg thing...)...

    A GT Pump cover on a pipe can pull out, but if it is indeed a Railcraft tank then any Railcraft Tank Valve's on the bottom 2(?) layers will auto-eject the fluid.

    As another data point, the people on my server are also getting the recipes not synching from the server to the client, random recipes, such as the forestry machine box whatever-it-was-called is showing as 8 ingots to them, where it looks as a GT recipe to me with plates and such...     This was an issue in older GT's as well, to reproduce it all I had to do was put an egg on a (grandmaster in my case) magic energy absorber somewhere that is not the spawn chunk, then go out of chunkloading range and back in a few times and it explodes, once exploded you can set down another...
