We had our server on a hosting provider though Multiminecraft and Even still I was lagging, I Ran on tekkit and normal servers just fine, or even custom servers just fine, but FTB servers just kill my pc, I have tried everything I can think of, From reinstalling windows 7, to reinstalling java...

um we're already got people playing on our server, I Don't think this is a option, starting fresh is something we always end up doing and dont' want to keep using that as a solution, users are tired of that. as for the Client, I've tried this over 6+ times.. (no joke.)

Luke, we're using the FTB server and FTB Launcher with nothing disabled... if this is the case then it would be something the downloader from FTB launcher has provided us?

Ya, I had it smaller then that and it wasn't accepting, I clicked save, It said "it saved successfully" yet it still showed it super big..

Ah thats great, but when i tried to use the chopping thing to resize my image no matter how small I made it, it refused to accept the image and just left it to the large, might want to let him know that and to see if he can't reproduce it.
