From my experience harder mode recipies will chase a few away but will also help break the ice for others. Some will ask in chat how to do it and others will reply. The harder the game the more players will work together. First few days of a server its harder after that its way better

personal safes work but make sure to block them off and there are way to get items out of personal safes. (IE block off the safe with bedrock so only to T-O-M is exposed.)

have you verified the Whitelist file was not damaged? white-list.txt should be in root of minecraft server folder. open is with a text editor and see if names are there. should only be 1 name per line.

sorry didn't see the output as work blocked the image. is there any lines before this or do they just randomly show up? I am not seeing anything similar in my log files but i have disabled twilight and portal gun on my server.
