You could also try a pump with a void liquid pipe attached. Not sure how fast that would be, though. And there is a botania flower, the Bubbell, that creates a dome of air but needs a constant mana supply to keep the water away.

Have you checked if your wand has enough vis stored to craft it? It needs to be crafted in an arcane worktable with at least 5 of aqua and ordo vis stored up. Assuming you have an iron caped wooden wand you will need 5.5 of each vis.

Well, the liquid fuel boiler does use Creosote oil. When I used it I had 4 Coke Ovens producing it which was enough to barely keep a 2x2 structure running. Last I used it was in 0.8.2, though, so you might want to do some testing or search for other posts concerning it in this thread.

I had the same issue the first time I played, not knowing that the crucible furnace had to be placed on top of each other. With time I learned that to get tools to break it you don't need the crucible. All you need are Mana Tools (pickaxe, axe, ...) (see Lexica botanica or NEI for recipes)...

Have you tried the super crafting frame to craft the bricks? Using it the bricks were detected correctly.

Has anyone else noticed that if you try to make 2x2 compact drawers out of fir wood slabs they turn into 2x2 oak drawers?
