I've searched all over hell's half acre and have found no answer to this question: How do I get the Custom NPC wand in a multiplayer survival world? We've all the mod installed (server and clients). The bread and sticks recipe just doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah yes, that is definitely a possibility. I suppose I would just take all of the files from the conquest recource pack and overwrite the ones in the john smith one. Can't hurt I guess, worst i'd have to do is reinstall john smith if i break it.

I know that in 1.7+ you can combine two resource packs and order them for priority. I'd like to know if there is a way to do this in 1.6.4. I'm currently using the John Smith Remix tech remix one and would like to use the Conquest Resource pack 32x32 over top of it. John Smith is more complete...

I am pretty convinced that it cleared up the lag i had left. It does affect the graphical intensity of windows, not games. However it does directly affect games because windows is no longer able to hog up system resources, thus freeing them up for your game. You did find the right setting.

Hey red. We are no longer using monster pack, but we have started up tech world 2. I was still experiencing some lag in that until I shifted my windows 7 settings so that it focuses more on performance than appearance. This toned down all the intensive graphical fluff that Windows was using and...

Re: #2 - So let's say my friend can't get the custom npcs mod to show up in his list and I go ahead and install custom npcs to the server. Will I be able to use the mod even while he can't get his to work right? So I have the mod working and he does not. Will he be able to log in at all?
