Custom NPCs Creator Wand

I've searched all over hell's half acre and have found no answer to this question:

How do I get the Custom NPC wand in a multiplayer survival world?
We've all the mod installed (server and clients). The bread and sticks recipe just doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Custom NPC wand? Made out of bread and sticks?

I'm going to guess it's for Custom NPCs by Seppon? Is this mod even in a FTB made pack? If not, what is the base pack? Are there errors in the server console when trying to craft the wand?
If this mod was added, I would check with the server admin and ask them to:

First: Check the config files, to make sure that the use of the wand isn't blacklisted or set to false in any way.

Second: Look at the permissions, and make sure that you are allowed to make the wand in the first place.

Are you an OP of the server or the owner? Is the wand for creative mode only? Can you use creative mode?

Hello Captqrk, thanks for the quick reply!

1. This is the Noppes mod. I'm assuming seppon is the same person but with the name backwards.
2. I'm not sure if this mod is in any FTB pack by default.
3. There are no errors, there's just no wand that comes up as craftable when the proper recipe for it is placed in the crafting table.
4. I will ask the admin to take a look at the config files.
5. I am an OP on the server but not the owner.
6. The wand is for use in survival, not sure if i can use creative... hmmm.

As an OP, try to get the wand with creative mode. If it disappears, it's blacklisted or set to false in a config file. (In my limited experience )

btw, it is a bit OP. you can tell then npcs to give you stacks of diamonds for dirt. not exactly for a survival word

Yeah its a mod meant for server admins to spice up their maps with NPCs and quests. In survival, it could be used to infinitely duplicate anything, just put the stuff in the NPC's inventory and copy him. On a single player world where you arent out to cheat yourself, its a great addition for livening up your builds.
