It seems I'm one update behind the server, but there's no updates to be had through FTB right now. (V1.0.11 instead of V1.0.12). Which means I can't connect due to a handful of outdated mods.
Anyone know where to get the update, or can suggest my next move to fix it?

Try setting your download server to something else.
In options click advanced options and choose downlaod location.
Should be an update there on one of the servers.
