Actually all the ones up there are part of FTB... or have been and are still active modders. If you see one that isn't currently then I messed up and gave you a hint at what might be in future packs. (Trying to avoid that)
CB, Dan200 , Vswe , mDiyo , iChun are on that list. I'l add the other ones from the FTB packs.

In that case, Eloraam and SpaceToad should be put into that list, but all three are not active devs for Forge.

Kinda irking me, but mightypork doesn't work on his old mods anymore. There's new devs.
For PC, I believe LOLerul2 doesn't have an account though, Buggi I'm know nothing about, rapus has one but doesn't use it (https://twitter.com/rapus95), and XOR I know nothing about.
Mightpork's old backpack mod was taken over by eydamos , https://twitter.com/Eydamos. (yay, now my post is actually helpful and not a waste of space!)
