Problem MCPC+ L8 Build - Quarry not working after restart FTB Ultiamte

Has anyone else come across the issue with MCPC+ L7 & L8 Builds after server restart the buildcraft quarries do not work and need to be broken and put back down in order for it to work with FTB Ultimate?

If there is a solution to this can you let me know what you did to resolve this issue?

No solution as yet, but if you power the quarry off before the restart it will power back up after it so that saves you remarking the area and breaking/replacing.

Heres a list of all the plugins I have installed.
AutoSaveWorld
ClearLag
Essentials
GriefPrevention
GroupManager
worldedit
Worldguard
 
I have not had any issues with default and qurraies stopping. ClearLag might be causing something though as I don't remember if ClearLag till has its tile entity sweap.

I will try removing clearlag now and test it
I also had issues with the filler and quarry not working
opping [buildcraft] fixed the quarry and the filler can now clear blocks but it still wont place.

edit:
Removing clearlag didnt fix the issue
Think I might try remove all plugins and try it

Ok the issue is happening with no plugins at all.

And another edit!
The issue only seems to happen in mystcraft ages, not the overworld
which is a pain because i dont want people using quarries in the overworld lol
I added multiverse but the same thing happens in multiverse worlds
Do I have an issue here or this common that quarries dont save in other worlds?
 
Well have you edited forge or chickenchunks chunk loading at all as they can effect how Mystcraft worlds load. I have seen other reports of this happening but not for a long time. Only thing I can really think of doing is having your players place down a chunkloader near the quarry block and see what happens.

Considering I have no idea why they would work then stop working untill you oped them. That is rather odd. If you can get a NBT data of a broken quarry and see what it says.

sorry but how would i get the NBT data?
The quarries never worked for a start. They wouldnt place their frame, then i opped the fake player [buildcraft] and that meant it was allowed to place blocks.
The only issue remaining is the quarrys stopping on server restart.
I did find some stuff on google saying it was an MPCP+ bug but as you said, they were all old reports.

NBT data either need to open the region file or get a plugin/mod. TickProfiler might have it in it. I know TickThreading does which I use, but it also causes a few issues (personally I think the benefits outway the means). Quarry has a NBT data slot for active and fishied and see if its just saying it is done as that could be a loading issue.

Also what MCPC version you using?

Installing plugin now

This is the version i am using of MCPC+ mcpc-plus-legacy-1.4.7-R1.1-SNAPSHOT-f534-L67.
I googled and it seemed this was the latest version for 1.4.7
 
It is OniBait said he make some changes to it but he has not done anything yet so yes that is the newest version.

Just installed TT but i need to run a .cmd file
I would need SSH access to do that right? I dont have that with the host I am using.
Cant see another way I could send a command

What files did it patch?
The server jar file and the whole tickthreading mod file?
Is that what I need to upload.

It scrolled pretty quickly in commandprmt so not sure exactly what it patched

edit:
looks like it patches the jar file, mods and coremods folders.

uploading patched versions of those now
Will post with NBT asap
