How do I change my F9 from showing chunks?

yeah like the title says.. wondering how to change this.. F9 is the key i use to record and i know i can just change my fraps and use a key other than F9 to record but rather not. thanks in advance!
 
i think that one can be changed in the options>controls from the esc menu. if its not there, look in the options section of the nei interface when your inventory is open.
