Can't Connect to my own server, But my friend can

Hello, i was trying to put up a server on FTB Yogscraft, but i cant connect and neither can one of my friends, but the third one can, without any problems..
the server is located at my computer, same as i play on.. i tryed to connect with my local ipadres, localhost and i tryed with the outgoing Ipadres, which u find on Whatsmyip.org and such pages.
when i try to connect i get disconnected same as my other friend, but my brother connects without any problems, It stands "lost connection: disconnect.endOfStream" it popups twice in the server console
Any thoughts about this?

and yes i know i should make a ticket about this and i did.. but the Tech Support havnt answered me on some days atm
