Worlds unloading issue

Details of the issue Everytime a player joins the dims 1, -1 are unloading, what could cause this?

Please don't bump threads because you haven't had a response yet. Instead you could provide more information, like what the actual problem is, why it's bad, how you've modified the pack etc etc.
