world (or atleast the nether world) not loading at all

so i usually go afk in the nether
well actually i go afk for 1-8 hours in there
so when i came back the game wasnt working at all
so i tried closing it and opening it
it worked
but when i enter my world
every block i break
i cant get it back
and like
nothing loaded from the world (or the nether world)
and mobs arent moving and i cant hit them
my machines (pump) arent working and my cobblestone waterproof pipe is invincible and i can only see the outline of it
and the redstone engine is more like a magmatic engine when it overheats just dosent move

that is everything i can see in the netherworld
please tell me what is the prob and how to fix it
i want to go back to my normal world
oh and just incase
am using mindcrack modpack
oh and btw ignore the waypoints am on singleplayer

very weird when i tried to paste the log on pastebin the console crashed and then the pc went kinda crazy
i restarted and now mindcrack aint working i keep getting this crash
