hey guys so its now the second time a problem come up so im playing ftb ultimate and in the distance i see white block random flashing for a few seconds all the time and when i walk to to there its evrywhere any one can help me with it?

This is not an ftb issue, this is a "minecraft has crappy render code" issue. This can either be fixed, or made worse, with optifine. Higher res texture packs also make the issue worse if you don't have a good gpu.

Since minecraft is still running legacy code for most of its rendering, there is little that can be done. Use minimal graphics settings, low res packs, etc.
