What's the reason behind Barrels vs Chest's being different click's?
"CTRL Click" Chests for Single item.
"SHIFT Click" Barrels for single item.
I find it annoying!
because that's why.
Because the modders aren't the same thus they probably didn't think to align their mod with another mod which was not written by them.
Because CTRL doesn't even do anything outside GUIs, and people are used to shift-clicking things in the world.
And shift already does something in GUIs.

I never shift click anything, I use the sneak key which is l in my case.
Well that's just really random! l is way to far away from wasd. Are you using the arrow keys to move your char?
Nope, I use UHJK for movement for over a decade already. I mouse with the left hand and the keyboard is with the right hand (writing is done with the right hand)
Inventory = I, drop key = T. Basically I got more keys to bind with this setup then with the WASD.
Now that I call really random, even with arrow keys movement it's way over there.
The amount of coca cola/beer/food spilled into the keyboard is phenomenal, because I use my right hand for this activityAhh... Left Handed. I get it now. Least you cant smudge anything with a keyboard!
My Spanish is rusty but doesn't Que sera sera basically translate as 'what will be will be' making the song go
"what will be will be whatever will be will be"
If that is the case then the truly annoying thing here is that tautology.
