Why isn't this mod in FTB?

So its basically frames from redpower. The mod is called Redstone In Motion. It is however posted on the technic pack forums so maybe it hasn't gotten alot of traffic from the FTB crowd?

The TOU state its fine to do (almost) anything with it.
