Why are items missing from certain mods ?

MONSTER FTB

I have noticed that there are a few items missing from some mods in Monster FTB...

Like the Ender Letter and Spectre Key from the Random Things Mod, and the Dyeing Machine from the same mod.

I have found other items from other mods not showing up as well in NEI.

Any ideas.

...or the developers of the mods in question haven't given permission to FtB to include them.

...or the mod has some weird interaction with existing mod(s) in the pack.

...or the pack builders feel the mod is just plain OP.

...or the pack builders just don't feel the mods belong in that pack.

All of the things you are talking about are only in Random Things for 1.7 .
