Summary of the problem Whitelist Not Working

Pack Version 3.0.4

What is the bug? My Server can't load the whitelist

Mod & Version 3.0.4, Skyfactory 3

Is it repeatable? N/A

Known Fix I tried deleting the whitelist.json but no luck

Now I'm getting this error.

I changed some stuff in the whitelist file so this is happening now seem like it fixed some things but still having the error

Whatever you changed caused this error. You should be able to start from scratch by shutting the server down then deleting the whitelist.json file before restarting the server. Alternatively, restore from a backup. Use the whitelist command to edit your whitelist (/whitelist add|remove|reload)

I've tried deleting it, it didn't do anything I've tried fresh files and everything not sure what's going on
