Which bee has the Shortest lifespan trait

Im trying to get this trait so I can get a serum with it.

You should check the wiki next time, there is a list of bee species by lifespan.

The easiest one to get would be rocky bees.

are you saying you bred them and they didn't show the "shortest" gene or that you just weren't able to get a serum from them?

Serums is all by chance . Some easier then others . The chance is affected by which bee you use sometimes you just need to use multiple of the same bee to get it. You can smelt the serum if its not what you want and reuse the vial

Common bees are a better bet. Rocky lack fertility, so with those you're more likely to simply run out of bees.

The other traits of the bee are irrelevant when trying for a serum though. I'm actually tempted to agree with this, however, as Commons are a lot easier to get (At least for me, and mostly, pre-quarry stages of the game)

No.... Because rockies are hive bees, so you'd not need to breed them. Commons require breeding, although a tiny amount of it.

Cultivated Bees and Resilient Bees are the only bees with the shortest lifespan.
