I haven't ever seen this before, but it looks like a change that an RPG style mod gives, perhaps that may give you a start?

Its from the latest dartcraft. Its the zelda hud. Can be disabled in config.

^dartcraft config....yeah not seeing anything about a hud... is it a seprate config then dartcraft.cfg?

I think that's the wrong config file, looks like the one for the mob aspects mod for thaumcraft. (icr exact name) Try looking in the base config folder

If I am recalling correctly, I think there is also an ingame keybind to toggle between the dartcraft HUD and the normal one, try check your controls menu.
