Where is server.properties now?

Details of the issue server.properties is not present anywhere. Where has it been moved to?

nvm solved. Auto sandboxing prevented the batch files from generating all the server files, even though the server was working fine.

Server.properties gets generated by the Minecraft server instance itself on first run, along with the whitelist, op, ban list etc
