Where do I download the Sky Factory 2.5 server files?

I wanna make a server with my friend and play togever with hamachi [WAY better than spending (depense on what hosting website, let's say GG Server) 12$ per month!].
Where do I download the files for the server? Because there are custom sound and such.

I saw you're the Dev so I have a question:
In Sky Factory 2.5 there is that mod that makes second layer on the skin 3D, you know what that mod is?
