Im in a forgecraft server with the following
-World border with no jungle
-forgecraft 1710 on ftb launcher
-no dimension making

The reason i need this ocelot is for witchery, i cursed some people they cursed me back with a familiar and 6 coven witches and i need the same to get rid of this cure of sinking, but there are no ocelots, a person on the server has an ocelot but wont give me it, Hes making me do stupid tasks lol

HOW CAN I GET AN OCELOT ON MY OWN

Ritual of Gaia's Transformation from Blood Magic lets you change the biome of a chunk. There are a couple other mods that can too but I can't remember which ones. (Besides Witchery which I don't think you're at the level for?)
Or finally convince the jerk with the ocelot to put it in an MFR spawner so you can get one.

EDIT: Or make a Statue of the Goddess unless whoever's in charge of your server disabled the recipe.

how do you specify the biome in the ritual?

At Iggy Pops ocelot shop of course!
He's got lots of ocelots.
If ocelots is what you want then ocelot is what he's got. Hes got alot lot and lots of ocelots.

But seriously your admin needs to pull their finger out and either set up a shop with an ocelot spawn egg. Or make sure that when they establish a border that every every thing a player would need is within it.
Or if you have it your admin should setup a pure jungle world making sure ocelots spawn in it too.

What radius is this border BTW?

Or maybe explore your servers world more thoroughly. If that other player has a cat then maybe there is a jungle.
