Summary of the problem Whenever i drop an item it disappears forever.

What is the bug? Whenever i throw an item out of my inventory or press q (drop an item) it disappears. Restarting does not fix. I am currently on a server (My own) Whenever i take off my Ring of Magnetization. items properly fall onto the ground ago. (When the item disappears it is gone forever.) It previously did not do this in pack version 1.2.0. Upon taking it off and putting it on again my server spikes behind several thousand ticks as well.This bug also works in singleplayer.

Is it repeatable? Press q for any item. Pressing q in your inventory will yield the same result. Bug works in creative mode.
