Hey guys, so currently I am working on two 1.7.10 mod packs (see signature) and I have found that playing the packs on a server seems to help me find more bugs/issues with the pack than testing in SSP... Mainly because there are more people to tell me whether something is wrong, but also because I usually pay more attention on a server
So I am thinking of renting a server, but I don't have a lot of spare cash, so I can only really afford one server. So my question is, what do you think I should do?
1) Run Sorcicraft - A purely magic based mod pack (with the exception of AE2)
2) Run Machicraft - A purely tech based mod pack, no magic at all
3) Mix both the packs together, and see if that works. It would be a little iffy trying to get a sort an issue for, lets say, AE2 (which is in both packs) as I wouldn't know how to balance it between the two packs, but it would have more stuff to play with.
I ask you guys, as when the server goes up, it will be public (whitelisted), so it's also about the majority of what people would want to play
