What mod pack can I use with this computer

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what modpack is playable on a syber vapor A. I tried running infinity but I had 0 fps. I have a quad-core amd processor, gtx 750 ti, and 4 gig ram.
 
32 or 64 bit OS?

4GB RAM is probably not going to be enough, Windows (if that's what you are using requires some RAM to function).
 
FTB lite is a good pack or vanilla+, although RAM is very cheap. With an upgrade to 8 gb and about 3-4gb of ram dedicated to minecraft you should perform reasonably well.

Also make sure you have only java 8 64bit installed, I recommend removing older versions.

Also make sure in game that minecraft is using your video card and not integrated graphics.
