What is the best Optifine to run with FTB Unleashed ?

I had an Optifine on FTB Unleashed before but it made the world glitch ..i could see through everything and it was really annoying and weird. but i have a feeling i installed an Optifine which is not 100% compatible with FTB:U.. I downloaded the Optifine 1.5.2..is there a specific version that I have to download ?

P.S. is there a specific Java that i have to run FTB with to make the FPS Higher ?

The only versions of Optifine fully compatible with other mods(and modpacks) are Optifine version D1 and above, and only for 1.6.4 and up. Sorry.

Unless you get like 5fps don't use optifine it breaks things with forge mods.
