What does Evoc 1.0.0 & MobiusCore 1.0.4 do?

I see these mods in my FTB Direwolf modpack but I have no idea what they do and I found nothing on Google that really explained them at all.

MobiusCore is needed for WAILA and Evoc. Evoc improves performance of some vanilla blocks like hoppers.

EVOC stands for Extreme Vanilla Optimizations Collection. It optimizes badly written vanilla Minecraft tile entities such as furnaces, hoppers, and especially spawners. MobiusCore is needed for some of ProfMobius's mods, of which are EVOC and WAILA.

What is JABBA? I have WAILA but I do not see JABBA or know what it is

Also, I do not use OPIS so does that mean I can get rid of MobiusCore?

JABBA is a standalone barrel mod. Highly customizable barrels and dollies to move barrels, chests, and various other mod's special blocks around.

And if you don't use OPIS or EVOC then you can, but I highly recommend running EVOC. It's great for everyone to run as it lightens the load on your server (or your computer itself if you're running SSP).

EVOC also does not Mobius Core. Currently, only Opis uses the Core so yes, you may disable MobiusCore and Opis and keep EVOC.
