Jesus, I appear to have started a cult. Sorry if I'm wrong about this, it will certainly rather launch me headfirst at high speed into the shit.

Don't worry. You'll only probably die if you are wrong.

In my effort to oppose a bandwagon, I come to you all now. This is serious enough to talk normally.

Day 1 ends in about 5 hours. @Staxed is the only person yet to reply to their PM.

That was the quote you all are referring to, right? I think you're reading it the wrong way.

@goreae sent out PMs to everyone stating their roles. He asked each of us for a reply to confirm that we were still in the game. I'd like to think that @Staxed was just late in replying.

If I'm correct, that would mean that @Staxed doesn't have a special role (or at least, this quote isn't enough to prove that he has a special role). If he did have a power, however, that would be the end of him. The probability is overwhelming that he's a wolf, right @the_j485?

Actually, there could be 4 powers left on the villager team and two left on the criminal team. None on wolf. For those that can't do math, that's double the chance that a powered role is on the villager team over criminal, and absolutely no chance that a powered person is on the wolf team.

Not sure who to vote for now. Normally I'd go for the first person who pointed a finger, but it looked like @VikeStep was only trying to get the game started. The votes that followed just kind of went along with it.

@chbachman Goreae mentioned that he was waiting for staxed to send him a PM, and only powered roles such as werewolves, investigators and unicorns can send PMs. So really, the likelihood is he's either a wolf or a criminal such as the unicorn or wasp.

Um, no...Goreae mentioned that staxed was the only one who had not replied to his pm. You know how his PM said to reply to indicate that we were here? It has nothing to do with sending him a power.

I was late because I have a life and it was Saturday, pretty simple fact ;), lol...nothing to do with the game at all.

After looking at the evidence and working out the probability roughly:

I vote to lynch Staxed (not locked)

I suppose my accusation of bandwagoning may have been a little bit rash. Sorry about that, @Jus2beast

There has been literally no "evidence" of anything yet...if there is, could you please explain this evidence? Your statement of probability also makes absolutely no sense. The probability that I am a criminal is exactly the same as if you are one. And out of the two of us...you are the one that is vocally trying to form the very bandwagon that you say we shouldn't form...

People, you need to talk and figure things out for yourself. Blinding following the postings of one person without thinking for yourself is how you end up following a wolf and letting him make all your choices for you. Not saying the the_j485 is a wolf...just saying that he's making you all follow him just because he's being the most wordy.

There are 12 hours left in this day still...I don't even know why people are just blinding voting for no reason yet (notice how this post doesn't include a vote...)

I'm not sure I understand. How come he couldn't be a wolf?

There are three wolf roles available: Generic wolf, Lone wolf, and Moon Moon. Unless you count the nightly vote to be "special powers", none of them has a powered role.

Also, I'm not saying that he couldn't be a wolf. Just that, based on that one quote from @goreae, there wasn't enough evidence to accuse him of being a wolf.

Sorry, but he was the only one who presented a target that had some backing.

Ok, Jesus, I'm sorry I misinterpreted Gor's message. But who am I supposed to vote for then? I've already voted for nobody. There's not really any evidence against anyone else. Anyone got ideas to root out a wolf/criminal?

which is exactly what a bandwagon is...you shouldn't vote for someone "just because they had some backing". You can't trust anyone in this game...the person starting the bandwagon can be the wolf...and if you just start blinding following him "because he was the only one"...you are going to kill all the villagers.[DOUBLEPOST=1399219255][/DOUBLEPOST]

on day two, not really...unless they make an obvious mistake. Though I have to say, you are suspicious to me now...trying to start a bandwagon, and then backtracking when called out. Not saying you are for sure, just saying it's suspicious to me.

This is why we TALK for the day, get people out in the open and saying stuff, they might slip up and say something that is actual evidence and not just a guess. Voting for the sake of voting "just because" is NOT the way to draw the bad guys out.

Hey, I didn't intend on a bandwagon. Everyone knows they're one of the worst things you can do in this game. And the reason I'm backtracking is because what I thought of as evidence has been entirely disproved.

Well I would say that the outcome of this will be...messy to say the least. I have not seen enough evidence to convict anyone so I need to figure out someone to back. More discussion needed

Agreed, Staxxed my vote is not final, however at the time it had the most reason. However it turns out that reason is in fact invalid:s

Well, since we don't have a lot of evidence either way, it's hard to vote for anyone really...but it has to be done. I'm trying to decide between either the_j (because of the "accidental" starting of the bandwagon as well as the backtracking...just seems suspicious to me), or chbachman...because apparently he's easily pursuaded to vote with no evidence...which is a bad thing in my view...no matter what team he's on.

Hey, as I said, I had no intention for bandwagoning. It just seemed like the most reasonable conclusion, but then it was disproven, giving me a reason to backtrack, because now you're statistically unlikely to be a baddie.

To further prove @the_j485's innocence here, he was added to the game after @goreae made the first post. In that post, @goreae stated that there were two werewolves. That number didnt chance when @the_j485 joined the game.

So, um, he could still be a criminal, if you're dead set on lynching him.

hmm...that is very true...i didn't think about that.

In that case, it throws my leaning toward chbachman...just because I feel he could be a liability with how readily he just follows the flow of what other people say...whether it made sense or not. Not thinking for yourself in this game leads to bad things.

I think for myself thank you very much. His post made sense. This is my first game, so I still don't understand very many rules or how the game works. I saw against his point of view, as you can see, but I thought that I would go with a person who seemed to know more than me, especially because I saw that he couldn't be a wolf, because of the same reasons of the above post.

I would like to apologize for jumping on the bandwagon and I will try to think for myself in the future more. Sorry if it seemed that I could not think for myself.

Is it just me, Jus2beast, or is your logic a little bit flawed? I'm seeing some bandwagoning here.
Although, we do know that Staxed has a powered role, thanks to Goreae putting him in it when he was late in his PM. Considering that the investigator is already dead, the likelihood that Staxed is an evil role, not a good one, is increased somewhat. Still not voting yet, though.

Also, I shotgun taking next werewolf game, with some borderlands-themed madness :D
Let's be clear on this. He was not late. He replied at 8 PST and the day ends at 9. And if you'll remember, everyone had to reply to their PM the first day. Everyone. twat

I made that mistake last time with GPuzzle as the seer. I'm not making it again.

And I forgot to mention: All the roles are used except the werewolf roles. There is at least one regular wolf, leaving the possibility of a single special wolf.
