Next time there is a large player requirement/long wait, I might start up an instant werewolf thread. Games would have as few as three players, and be played in a lightning fast fashion as to be finished in just a day of two.

If there are few enough players with special roles, one or two night games shouldn't be a problem. It'd be horribly skewed to one side, so balance would be horrid, but the game would also complete quickly. And the games could be really wacky, because it won't be going on for any length of time. Sort of like training.

my thoughts exactly. Also guys, good progress on the new game, already got 11 players out of the minimum 12. We should be set to play on 21st September

Another generic WW idea, harder for the GM then most games.

The twist is, all players have the hidden power of a stump. Nobody knows who is dead and who is alive.

It rises to hilarious when you get folks submitting roles and powers at people that do nothing. One of those things where I say 'list of at least 3' and your best off submitting the entire players list after your 5 targets.
