Ok, in order to win, you guys have to post below and answer these two questions:

1. What would you guys do to make this idea more balanced? The villagers had an insane advantage, and I thought that this game would go a lot more smoothly. My ideas: One more D.D., that way the village slowly lost population anyway. Let the D.D. "fake" a death, and not reveal their role.

2. What would you guys suggest to make my GMing better? Does semi-participating bother anybody?
What in the name of candied yams, Bachman?! Haven't you ever heard of "decent hours"? *grumble grumble*
  1. There were too many revive powers. We (village) kept coming back, while, presumably, the D.D. (s?) did as well. I'm not actually sure how many there were, but based on a sketchy convo, I'd say four. Anywho, there just didn't feel like much to lose by dying, with so many chances of being revived.
  2. I kind of like interactions and "events" triggered by the GM or by "RNG", so ya did good. Although, the no-smite mechanic did overlap with Christmas and whatnot, with the end result being that there was not a whole lot of daily action in the thread. I'm not sure how much other people convo-ed in IRC or whatever, though.
I know I'm forgetting something...

Well, for starters, you need something to discourage networking.

I would suggest a few more neutral roles, or even a third coherent team. Once someone was killed, that was it for me. Solved. Innocent. Boom. You had the minute possibility that they were a jester, sure, but you certainly knew they weren't a DD. A role like Serial Killer, which would function like an independent DD, would definitely add some chaos to the mix.

Great job! The final recap, as long as you update the list of winners, is informative at a glance. I also, personally, like the award list. Not many people do that, myself included. Hm.

A few things I would change: Posting everyone's role in the OP or the recap would be cool to see, and... This. Ohhhh, this. This thing. I have mixed feelings about this thing. Making everyone's win conditional on answering the survey at the end is kind of unfair to the people that already earned a victory. At the same time, it's a really effective way of getting feedback. Hm.

By the way, @SoraZodia, you were the only person to lie to me all game. I feel betrayed.

Basically, if none of the DDs are doing anything or they're dead, the remaining DDs are completely screwed. In normal werewolf games, the kill goes down the same way if there's 1 wolf or 100. In this game, if a wolf gets killed, they take the entire team with them. I'd say the wolves get kills equal to the amount of golems left in play +1. So if there's 3 golems, they get 4 kills. If there's no golems, they get one kill.

gg? I thought the DDs should have killed some of their partners to fake innocency.
Also role reveal here on death is quite... unfair, as i've noticed as the game proceeded.
I'd say that we needed a power role on the DD side to reveal some villager roles aswell (learns target role once every 2 kills). Also keep the dead "dead" for a little while (3 nights) before they can be ressurected.

I like the fake death idea too, but that should be told on the start of the game as a power role for the DD, but they would easily be busted once they notice that he is not on the dead convo. Maybe a power role that vanishes with a person for undetermined time until he/she is executed or released (released person loses his "memory" and is forcibly unable to tell people anything that he has learned since then and is also unable to use his/her powers until death, then on revival the person will recover fully)

1. I would nerf the resurrectors, make it so they can't revive each other or they revive as normal villagers. Along that, there gotta be side effect(s) for reviving a living villager (something like "HielMewTwo was ressurected (twice)! The excess magical energy overflows him and cause him to believe he's a spider, he is unable to use his ability for the night/rest of the game" or "The excess magical energy bounces off him and returns to its owner, Qazplm601").
They will also be a neutral role, win condition being that they need to be alive when the game ends.
