Hello!
Im looking for ways to get resources without going to get them manually from the world,
for example
putting lava cans into an industrial centrifuge gives you copper, tin, some electrum and a little bit of tungsten
Are there any other things like this? (doesnt have to be centrifuge or with lava)

bees are generally the best for that. however, since you are using gregtech, you have a number of other options. for instance, centrifuging glowstone will give you a good amount of gold, and the byproducts of centrifuging redstone and lapis can be made into iron. The most recent versions of gregtech also add metal-producing crops. thaumcraft also can produce various metals, especially if you use mercury from redstone centrifuging as a source of the metallum aspect.

When or if Natura is added to FTB, there's oreberry bushes which grow aluminum, copper, etc. berries worth 1 ingot each.

There is UU-matter which can make pretty much anything I think. Scrap boxes can also get you all sorts of stuff, though that's completely random and I don't know all the stuff you can get out of them. Bees can produce pretty much anything, but for metal bees and stuff you will have to dig (you need Rock Bees, which obviously are found underground in rock).

And that's about all I can come up with now.

Edit: Oh yeah, the Sludge Boiler from MFR can get you Clay, Dirt, Sand, Soul Sand and some other stuff I can't remember right now. Some of that might be refinable into something useful. And of course there are mob farms and the stuff they drop (a Witch farm for example can get you all sorts of useful materials).

If you have a centrifuge walk up to it, bring up its interface, and click one of the arrows to the side. Should take you to the list of all centrifuge recipes.

Should be able to do the same when you are viewing a recipe in NEI. So lookup the lava centrifuge recipe ('U' on lava source block, or lava cells), then click one of the arrows in the centrifuge displayed.

You can use Minium Stone on Obsidian or wood to get iron or gold. 2 wood=1 obsidian, 4 obsidian=4 iron, 8 iron=1 gold, 4 gold = 1 diamond. If you have an automated tree farm this can be super helpful.

to everybody saying bees, i am aware of how much they give, but i have very poor knowledge of them and its very hard to get started
what bothers me most is the bees needing to be in a certain biome, and i cant be bothered to be walking long distances or getting special flowers

Natura adds several bushes that give berries that when smelted give one nugget of its Ingot. Bees are also a good way to get items, Steve Cart's lets you make a cart mine for you, but you need to work with it by following it or automating g it. And if play the Direwolf20 pack or a edited version of Gregtech UUM is a way to get items too. (You can do this without changes in GregTech, its just that it takes a lot longer)

Check out the Bee Wiki by MilConDoin and others.
Don't have a link.
Make a Mystcraft age for bees. Heck, make 6.

That takes a lot to get into. Beekeeping requires a lot of stuff to get up and running, so unless Beekeeping is your main goal it's a lot of trouble to go for.

IC2 crops why because its different
I agree with the ic2 crops, especially with gregtech. Only downside: ferru and aurelia require their respective ore right beneath the their farm block. So, mining still required.
Also, your use of punctuation made me die a little inside. :(

make a zombie grinder, kill them and gather iron. you'll have to kill a million of them but you won't be mining!

Also you could use a vanilla iron golem farm and them transmute the iron with the minium stone into gold then diamonds

Look behind you
I reckon the main way is gregtech and EE3. Get a tree farm, mob farms, and IC2 farms, and then you should have just about everything you need!
