Now to be clear I am talking about the lag from the internet connections. I am perfectly fine playing on other servers in Australia but I lag a ton on overseas ones. Is there a mod that allows me to reduce this specific type of lag?

Hmmm I know of nothing for 1.6.4, however for future reference Fastcraft is good for 1.71.6.4, Monster pack.

Thanks I'll try. This works for ALL games.
I used it for WoW and it cut my Ping in half.
It is NOT a WoW addon.

updating reikas mods to v25z could help. He made massive networking improvements after the version in monster.
Did you remember to also update DragonAPI to v25z?I tried updating reikas mods and my server would just crash

Make sure update ALL of the mods. There are 7 to update. ( Dragon API, Geostrata, Reactorcraft, Rotarycraft, Dye Trees, Electricraft and Expanded Redstone )
Also, make sure to fix the ID Conflicts it tells you about. I think there was only 1 though.
Yes updated all 7...
Reactorcraft is the issue.
Crash report says it is not installed correctly andf that the still Corium Block ID needs to be exactly one more than the following id:
But then doesnt say waht id
I'm pretty sure it says flowing, not following, as that is what it needs to be.
For mine I have:
I:"Molten Corium"=2035
I:"Molten Corium (Flowing)"=2034
