Summary of the problem Village Chest's Empty

What is the bug? Could be sheer lack of luck but i've now created 3 different Vanilla FTB Beyond(and config) worlds and all of the villager chests are empty, Including but not limited to, Railcraft Brick building chest(also there used to be a dynamo in there and isn't now, not sure if this is configured to be off or not, Jam Man building.(cannot think of any other chests that i've seen thusfar).
Forestry chest also seems to be unaffected, as 1 of the worlds i was in had items in it.
Immersive engineering crates seem to be unaffected though, as these have always had things in them.

Is it repeatable? Yes, for me, maybe not for you guys.
