Updating from Ultimate 1.0.1 to Ultimate 1.1.2

As the thread title says, I am considering an update.
My question is do I need to start the worlds from scratch or I can keep the one I got now?

You can keep the ones you have now. Just backup everything first in case something goes wrong.
Remember to always backup

Could you give me a list of all the configs that need updating? You see, my server has customized config files, and since new things have been added and changed, the configs are outdated.

Before updating tje host I checked it Locally(my pc).When I updated I changed all files except plugins.. basically you better update all the cfgs cause you can't know which ones need an update.

Yeah, I just deleted the cfg's and worked like a charm. Thank you for the answer!
