Updating Direwolf 20 1.5.4 to 1.6.2

So i just went to update my server from 1.5.4 to 1.6.2 and launched it, but soon as upload my map the server won't run. Is there problem using my own map, and if so how do i go about fixing so i can use it in Direwolf 20 1.6.2.

I am bit confused on why it would not work?
